You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our Products with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery.

• Eligibility for Return/Refund: To be eligible for a return and refund, the Product must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. The Product must be in unused, unopened (if originally sealed), and pristine condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and protective materials intact and included. Items showing any signs of use, wear, heat marks, food residue, water damage, or missing components will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
• Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Items: For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE unless they arrive defective:
  • Kitchen knives of any kind.
  • Cutting boards and butcher blocks.
  • Food storage containers and lunch boxes.
  • Any item designed to come into direct contact with food or mouth (e.g., certain utensils, straws, etc.).
• Return Process: You must contact our Customer Service team at help@frostbakeware.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Refund Processing Timelines:
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • All approved monetary refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days from the date our warehouse completes its inspection for the refund to be processed and appear on your original payment method statement.
  • For refunds issued via PayPal, funds will typically appear in your PayPal account within 14 days. Please note: In certain regions, PayPal’s internal policies or local financial regulations may legally extend the refund processing time for PayPal transactions to up to 30 days. We are obligated to comply with these requirements.
• Exchanges: Exchanges for a different Product are subject to the same eligibility conditions and require processing as a return and a new purchase.
